Before you dive into these mouthwatering confections, you'll embark on a journey through the rich history of chocolate and turrón, two of Alicante's most cherished sweets. Our knowledgeable guide will uncover the origins of turrón, a beloved Christmas treat crafted in both Jijona and Villajoyosa, influenced by the region's Arab heritage.
Have you ever wondered about the ingredients, the intricate process of creation, and why turrón takes center stage during the holiday season? All these questions and more will be answered during this immersive culinary adventure.
